•Since all our clothing is custom-made from scratch, orders take approximately 2-5 working days to ship , however orders may be delayed 7-14 days  due to an influx of orders.

•Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

•We will notify you via email once your order is ready for shipment.

 

 

•Our shipping partner is Courier guy and Courier guy Only.

•Once shipped, standard delivery typically takes [5-7 ]business days.

•Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.

 

 

•We offer international shipping, with delivery times varying depending on the destination. Typically, international orders take 21 to 31 business days after processing.

•Customs duties, taxes, and additional fees may apply for international shipments and are the responsibility of the customer.

 

 

•Please note that we do not offer in-studio collections. All orders are shipped directly to your provided address.

 

 

•As we prioritize quality and craftsmanship, we do not accommodate last-minute requests or rush orders. Please ensure you place your order well in advance to avoid disappointment.

 

 

•Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Please allow 4 business days for tracking information to be updated.

 

 

•In the event your shipment is delayed or lost, please reach out to us at info@ceekahcloset.com. Ceekah is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered.
